Cintia was excellent from the first enquiry to the clean up of the equipment. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was polite and helpful throughout. We hired a bouncy castle and soft play package for our daughters 2nd birthday. All the children loved it. The set up was perfect and completed without fuss. We hired the new pink castle for my daughter's 3rd birthday and were delighted with Cintia's help from start to finish. We had been let down last minute and seeing as the party was in the middle of the Jubilee weekend I had low hope of finding another company who could help. But luckily I found Dino Tots who were recommended by a friend. They were prompt on arrival and so quick with the set up. And as they had a late cancellation that same day we were offered another castle at half the usual price but with absolutely no obligation, so we thought why not?! My daughter had an amazing party and it was made better with the additional bouncy castle that came with a slide too! I would 100% use Dino Tots again and recommend to anyone.

Me and my partner booked DinoTots for 2 days for our daughters birthday they didn’t have the same castle available for both days but Cintia was great and set up a different castle on the next day they came on time for set up and pick up and the castles were set up very quickly I don’t have a bad word to say about Dinotots there the best castle hire we have used and we will be definitely using again in the future thanks guys
